What happens during dinner at Village Igloo?
Our guide will meet you at 6:50 pm before accompanying you on foot to Village Igloo. Once you arrive, take some time to explore the igloo and its spectacular snow and ice setting before sitting down for dinner.
In Avoriaz, guests return to the resort independently.
In Les Arcs 2000 and Val Thorens, two accompanied departures are available: the first from 8:45 pm and the second from 9:15 pm (approximate times).
How can I book dinner at Village Igloo?
Advance booking is required and subject to availability. Check available dates and book directly online through our booking platform.

What are the opening days and hours?
All Village Igloo locations offer one dinner service per evening starting at 7 pm.
Additional dates may be added throughout the season depending on demand. Private events may also occasionally affect our opening calendar.

Can we choose different menus at the same aable?
No. All adults at the same table must choose the same dinner menu. Children can, of course, choose the Kids’ Menu.
Additional drinks and items can be ordered à la carte on site.
Do you cater for allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements?
Yes. Alternatives are available upon request and must be specified when booking.
- Dairy-free / no cheese: homemade dairy-free soup, served with charcuterie
- Vegetarian / no pork: homemade soup or halal charcuterie available upon request.
- Gluten-free: gluten-free bread available upon request

Can I pay for my dinner on site?
Yes. Dinner is paid for on site. When booking, a credit card authorisation will be required to guarantee your table. No payment will be taken at the time of booking, except in the event of a late cancellation in accordance with our booking terms and conditions.
