What is it like to have a dinner at the igloo?
Our guide will meet you at 6:50 pm to hike up to the Igloo. Once there, you can visit the Igloo and enjoy your fondue in an icy setting.
In Avoriaz, the return to the station is done independently.
In The Arcs and Val Thorens, the first return trip takes place from 8:45 pm and then a second one from 9:15 pm.

What are the opening days and hours?
Our restaurants at The Arcs and Val Thorens are open every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as Fridays during school holidays and the last Saturday of each month.
Our restaurant at Avoriaz is open every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday as well as Monday, Tuesday and Sunday during school holidays.
All our establishments have a single opening time of 7PM and only offer one service.
Other dates than those listed on our website may be available if we are fully booked for those dates. We also host seminars and events, which may sometimes affect our opening dates.

is it possible to order multiple formulas from one table?
No, it is not possible to have several different formulas on the same table.
Everyone at the same table must order the same formula, except for children which have a specially adapted formula.
We have dietary restrictions (preferences, intolerances, allergies, specific diets), what should we do?
We can offer lactose-free and/or meat-free/pork-free alternatives, upon request only when making your reservation.
Lactose-free: Savoyard stew (potatoes, vegetables, diot sausage and bacon), pot-au-feu or soup with or without charcuterie.
Meat-free/Pork-free: Soup or Halal deli meats as a side dish
Gluten-free: Gluten-free bread
is it possible to pay for my dinner on site?
Payment on site is possible for dinners.
When you make your reservation, our service requests a credit card authorization, the amount of which will not be charged. (Except for late cancellations without justification).
